Fadi J. Bejjani,
MD, DEM, MA, PHD, FAAPMR-PM, CIME, FAAEM, CMUA, FABMISS, DABPM, FRCS(US)

Dr. Bejjani is jointly trained in Orthopaedic Surgery, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Electrodiagnosis Medicine, Occupational Biomechanics and Ergonomics, and Interventional Pain and Spine, and multi-board certified in these specialties.

He serves as President and CEO of 2K4 (since 1992), a company dedicated to electronic medical office functioning and paperless patient records.

He is the founder of the 2K4Health Concept, 21st century centers for `Wholistic' Healthcare Delivery, and implemented the first such center in Maplewood, NJ in September 1999.  For this he won the applause of the

New Jersey State Assembly and Senate.

He moved to Central New York State in 1992 and founded C.O.P.P.S. Medical.
